Today, we're going to explore something truly fascinating: auras. Many people believe seeing auras is a complex, mystical skill, but it's actually much simpler than you might think. With a few basic tools and a little patience, you can start seeing auras for yourself.
What is an aura you might ask?
Aura refers to an energy field that surrounds every living being. It can be described as a luminous, multi-layered "egg" of subtle radiation. Those who perceive auras know that they reflect a person's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual states.
Let's break it down
Energy Field:
Auras are a emanation of subtle energy.
This energy field is in constant flux, changing with a person's thoughts, feelings, and health.
Layers and Colors:
Auras have multiple layers, each corresponding to different aspects of a person's being.
These layers have distinct colors, and the colors are interpreted to have specific meanings.
Today I am going to give you a simple task to learn and understand Auras, But here are a few more tips when it comes to Seeing and Reading Auras:
Seeing auras is a skill that requires practice.
Techniques involve softening the gaze, using peripheral vision, and learning to perceive subtle energy fields.
Some people may have a natural predisposition for seeing auras, while others may need to develop the ability.
To soften the gaze Rather than focusing sharply, try to relax your eyes and look slightly beyond the person.
Peripheral Vision: Pay attention to the edges of your vision, where auras are often most visible.
Background: A plain, light-colored background can make it easier to see auras.
Practice with Hands: A good starting point is to practice seeing the aura around your own hands.
Auras will help you understand others
Aura colors reflect a person's emotional and mental state, providing insights into their personality and attitude.
Auras can reveal a person's true intentions, even if they are trying to conceal them.
Changes in a person's aura can indicate imbalances in their physical or emotional health. Or if you see a grey or black aura on any part of a person's body this can indicate health issues or mental imbalance.

To begin todays lesson you'll need a healthy plant – something with vibrant leaves works best. We'll also need a plain white background, like a wall or a large piece of paper. Natural sunlight is crucial, and we'll be using two glasses: one filled with plain water, and another with a sugary drink, like soda. Be sure to set up your project where you can sit properly while looking at your plant.
Now, let's set up our experiment. Place your plant against the white background, ensuring it's well-lit by sunlight.
To begin we will do a mini meditation if you find your mind wandering during this process that is ok. Gently bring yourself back to your meditation.
Be sure your sitting across from your plant and lets get started
Lets take a moment to relax and prepare ourselves for seeing the Aura of your plant. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Breath naturally as you focus on your breath.
The key to seeing auras is to relax your eyes and soften your focus. Stare gently at the very top of the plant, the very tip of the highest leaf. Don't strain, just allow your gaze to become unfocused.
After a few moments, you might start to notice a faint, shimmering light around the plant. This is the beginning of the aura.
Continue to focus on your plant
Do you see the Aura? Does the aura have a color? If you are having trouble noticing a color, continue to relax your eyes and look at the tip. Sometimes it takes a few moments for the color to become apparent. It may appear as a very thin layer of color.
Once you can clearly see the aura and its color, let's introduce the water. Place the glass of water right next to the plant.
Now, observe the aura again. What do you notice? Does the color change? Does the size or shape of the aura shift? Pay close attention to any subtle differences.
You may notice the aura appears more vibrant, or perhaps the color becomes clearer. Water is known to carry energy, and it can influence the plant's aura.
Now, let's try the sugary drink. Place it next to the plant and observe the aura once more.
What do you see this time? Does the aura appear different? Some people report that sugary drinks can dull or distort the aura, or even change the color. You may see a less vibrant aura this time.
What you're seeing is a glimpse into the energy field surrounding living things. Auras are constantly changing, influenced by their environment and internal state. By practicing with different objects and environments, you can develop your ability to see and interpret auras.
Remember, patience and relaxation are key. Don't be discouraged if you don't see auras immediately. Like any skill, it takes practice. Keep experimenting, and you'll be amazed at what you can see.
