Serenity Stone — Client Agreement & Booking Policies

By booking a session, purchasing a service, or using this website, you agree to the terms below.

1) Services Provided

Serenity Stone provides spiritual/intuitive services, which may include psychic readings, mediumship, tarot, dream interpretation, and related guidance (“Services”). Sessions may be offered by phone, video, or other methods as listed at checkout.

2) No Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice

Services are for spiritual insight and personal growth and are not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes.

3) Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book or receive Services.

 

4) Scheduling, Payment, and Confirmation

Appointments are reserved once payment is completed and you receive a booking confirmation. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

5) Cancellation Policy (Full Refund with 48+ Hours Notice)

• You may cancel your appointment 48 hours or more before your scheduled start time for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are considered late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund.

 

6) Rescheduling Policy (24 Hours)

• You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled start time.

• Reschedule requests made within 24 hours are not guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation.

 

7) Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Late arrival: Your session will begin as soon as possible but will still end at the scheduled time.

• No-show: Missed appointments are non-refundable and not eligible for reschedule.

 

8) No Refunds for Services Rendered

Once a session has been delivered (in full or in part), or once a service has been completed/provided, no refunds will be issued.

 

9) Recordings

Recordings are not allowed unless we agree in advance before the time of contact. Any permission must be explicit and confirmed prior to the session.

 

10) Right to Refuse Service

Serenity Stone reserves the right to refuse or end a session for safety, respect, or ethical reasons (including harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior). Late cancellations/no-shows and sessions ended for these reasons are not eligible for refunds.

 

11) Results & Expectations

Spiritual insight is interpretive by nature. Serenity Stone does not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or results.

 

12) Intellectual Property

All content, written materials, and guidance provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, sold, or distributed without written permission.
