Terms of Service for Psychic Readings and Coaching

First off, I want to say… Welcome! Committing to our focused services is a step toward profound clarity and transformation in your life. We are here to provide you with insightful guidance and unwavering support.

As a client of Serene Possibilities LLC, you will receive access to the following services and supporting materials, which shall be collectively referred to as the “Services” and “Content.”

• Custom Psychic Medium Reading Sessions: Scheduled 1-on-1 sessions for spiritual connection and guidance.

• Personalized Life Coaching: Consultations focused on identifying roadblocks and developing actionable strategies for success and manifestation.

• Supporting Materials: Resources, exercises, or recordings provided by Serenity Stone and the team at Serene Possibilities LLC relevant to your coaching journey.

By signing up for Services with Serene Possibilities, I understand and agree that by committing to a Psychic Reading or Coaching Package, I have been granted access to the above Services and Content. I have, or I will pay, my total fees REGARDLESS of my attendance, scheduling, or participation in the booked sessions. I understand all payments are non-refundable after the initial purchase and onboarding. I understand that my access to the Services and Content is governed by the following Terms and Conditions and that these Terms and Conditions contain certain restrictive covenants, including a duty not to share protected Content.

I accept that under this Agreement, I have a duty to read and understand the following Terms and Conditions and that I have done so. I attest to this duty and sign on the contract to execute this document. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am stopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein. Please note that your credit card statement should reflect a purchase from Serene Possibilities, LLC.

Terms and Conditions

 

The following Terms and Conditions set forth the legally binding terms between you and Serene Possibilities, LLC for the purchase of Serene Possibilities, LLC SerenityStone.net Services and Content indicated on your order form or explained to you by your enrollment advisor.

The Services. Your purchase may include different components, including live psychic readings, personalized life coaching, ebooks, audio tracks, digital worksheets, or other products or services, as indicated on your order form or explained to you by your enrollment advisor.

Non-Disclosure of Login and Content. You agree not to share any login information, passwords, call-in numbers, protected links, or any copyrighted content shared with you privately.

Term. This Agreement begins upon the earlier of (1) your access to the Services/Content or (2) payment for the Services. This Agreement will stay in full force and effect until the end of the term indicated on your order form (e.g., end of 4-week coaching package or completion of a single reading). Failure to pay the required fees may result in Serene Possibilities terminating the Agreement prior to the end of the term and discontinuing your access to Serene Possibilities Services and Content.

Payment. Actual payment terms may very and will be indicated on your order form or be explained to you by your enrollment advisor. You agree to pay the purchase price and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card company. Serene Possibilities is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over-limit charges, or NSF fees by your bank or credit card company. Fees and Services may be pre-paid. Missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services or access to the Content. If, after 14 days from a missed payment, you have not made arrangements with Serene Possibilities to make up the payment, your Services will be canceled, access to the Content shall be revoked, and no fees will be refunded.

No Refunds. After your onboarding, payments are non-refundable. At any time and for any reason, Serene Possibilities may provide a refund, discount, or consideration. The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at Serene Possibilities sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future under any circumstance.

I agree that all sales are final after purchase & I agree I will not contact my credit card company, and any issues will be handled directly with Serene Possibilities, LLC.

Limited License. Pursuant to this Agreement, and subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and receive the Services and Content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest is being or shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the Services or Content for public performances.

Representations and Warranties.  You hereby represent and warrant the following: You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity and authority to bind yourself to this Agreement. You are accessing and using the Services and Content for your personal use only. You have not and shall not share your access to the Services or Content with anyone else. You agree not to archive, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use Content and information contained on or obtained from or through the Services Content. Further, you agree not to circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade, block, obscure, or thwart any of the content protections or other elements of the Services or Content, including copyright notices and trademarks. You shall not use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services or Content.

Disclaimer of Liabilities; No Representations of Warranties. Unfortunately, Serene Possibilities cannot guarantee that you will become or remain happy, rich, healthy, or successful. Except as explicitly stated below, Serene Possibilities, LLC does not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Services. Serene Possibilities, LLC makes no representations or warranties as to specific outcomes or results.

Spiritual/Psychic Services Disclaimer. Serene Possibilities cannot and does not guarantee or promise any specific level of clarity, success, or connection to spirit through the readings or coaching. Your level of success and timeline in obtaining results is dependent upon a number of factors, including your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, savvy, and personal situation, to name a few. You alone are responsible for your actions and results in all areas of your life. It should be clear to you that by law, Serene Possibilities, LLC offers no professional legal, psychological, or financial advice.

Events. If Serene Possibilities LLC cancels a live on-site event, Serene Possibilities will apply your payment to future events. If you cannot attend an event you have paid for, Serene Possibilities will allow you to apply your payment to future events but will not refund the money in cash.

Audio/Video Release. I authorize Serene Possibilities to use my story as a testimonial and further agree to allow the use of my voice, photo, and likeness captured in any programs, photograph, audio, or video, using any technology known or unknown, to be used for future products and/or marketing without compensation to me. I waive any right I may have to inspect and/or approve any photographs, audio, or video of myself. I understand and agree that all recordings of testimonials (if provided by you, the client) are exclusive rights of Serene Possibilities, and I do not ask for or expect compensation for the use of the recordings or photographs in which I appear or speak. Serene Possibilities owns all rights to any audio, video, and/or photographs for testimonials captured during the performance of this Agreement.

Intellectual Property. All Services and Content are owned or licensed by Serene Possibilities. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Services or Content. The materials provided to you upon purchase are copyrighted and may not be reproduced in any form, or by any means, without the express written permission of Serene Possibilities. You may not reproduce, republish, display, perform, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the Content of the materials for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of Serene Possibilities. The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the materials are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Serene Possibilities and other third parties that have authorized the use of such Trademarks. Nothing contained in the materials or on Serene Possibilities website(s) should be construed as granting, license, or the right to use any Trademark displayed on the website without the written permission of Serene Possibilities or the appropriate third party. Your use of the Trademarks displayed on the materials, or any other content on the website, except as provided in these terms and conditions, is strictly prohibited.

Opt In. Providing the information on the other side of this form permits Serene Possibilities to communicate with you by email, Slack, Facebook, or phone to relay special offers, announcements, and information.

​

Voidability. Your failure to use the Services after purchase does not void any part of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement.

I understand and agree to the terms herein, and I understand and agree that by committing to purchasing a Psychic Reading and/or Coaching Package. I have, or will pay, my total fees REGARDLESS of my attendance, scheduling, or participation. I understand that after my onboarding, all payments are non-refundable.
