Booking Policy By booking a session with Serenity Stone, you agree to the following: Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will begin as soon as possible; however, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time to honor other clients. No-Show Policy: Missed appointments may be charged in full and are not eligible for refund or reschedule. Recordings: Recordings are not permitted unless agreed upon in advance before the time of contact.
